Insomnia is normally the result of stress, anxiety, concerns about work, school, health, finances or family. These tend to worsen at night time making it difficult to sleep as we begin developing negative thought patterns.

With the help of coaching, Reiki or hypnosis together we can get to the root cause of these and relieve stress and anxiety as well as replace those negative thoughts in order to anticipate deep sleep, and therefore reach it.
